Strength: Highly qualified and experienced teachers, all facilities are available, well equipped computer lab. Close interaction between faculty and students, as per the syllabus all topics are covered, Academic session regular.

Weakness: Catchment areas are economically poor and not aware of the professional courses, most of the students come, from the hindi medium, so they face difficulty to learn the lessons.

Oppurtunities: Job oriented course in private and public sector companies such as Banking, Insurance, Fmcg, Retail, Consumer durable etc.

Challenges: We impart good knowledge among the students,so they can serve in the field of banking , insurance, Retail, Stock Trading etc.

Future plans: As it is self finance course, the economically poor students are deprived to get the professional degrees. We should establish BBA as a full fledged department. The university should tie up with corporate training partners like ITC, HUL, TCS, etc. It will serve full fill the dream of the government under the projects of “Make in India”. To start short term courses in Retail management, Insurance management, Selling Skills.

Free Business Books available Online

Business Books for Reading

2020ok (Business & Investing) has a large collection divided into many sub-categories.  I found many of the listings impractical, but there are probably some gems in there.  Most are available for download in pdf.  However, many link off site and have varying availability.
Amazon offers a number of free kindle ebooks for free download.  Supposedly there are 100, however the list does contain some non-business entries.  The business works are sprinkled throughout, so you have to look.  Registration at Amazon is required.  I am not certain that these are available to non-USA users.
BesteBooksWorld  has 755 free business ebooks and 186 free ebooks in its Marketing section for free download in pdf.
BookBoon offers a large number of free business ebooks for download in pdf.  The books are financed by some ads within the pages.
BookYards has 30 free business books available for download in pdf.  Interesting collection.
BucaroTecHelp has an interesting collection of free business books available for download in pdf.  These deal with internet business for the most part.  You do have to view their news feed to be able to download, but registration is not necessary.
